We are proud to connect employers with quality candidates while making the selection process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
TBB manages an online Talent Catalog of more than 15,000 refugees who have registered their skills, qualifications and employment history. We also engage with skilled refugees through our presence on the ground in Jordan and Lebanon and through our partnerships with refugee organisations worldwide.
For corporate partners, TBB identifies relevant talent within our Talent Catalog, provides candidate preparation, facilitates the interview process, and works with candidates and employers throughout the immigration process to ensure successful employment.

We work with employers to identify skilled talent to meet hiring needs, including for hard-to-fill positions

We collaborate with employers to verify candidates' credentials and skills and also ensure candidates are job ready by providing soft-skills and language training

We facilitate all phases of the selection and interviewing process with candidates

We coordinate with partners to complete the visa application process

We ensure successful placement by providing regular follow-up with the employer and the new hire

“We began working with TBB ultimately because it’s the right thing and the smart thing to do ... With the potential for positive outcomes for both businesses and these individuals, I’m convinced this will become a solution with which organisations will increasingly seek involvement.”
“We’ve got a great candidate who went through the same process other candidates go through, very high technical ability, good communication skill[s], everything you’d expect”
“[Think] what are the skills, what are the general life skills that you need and value in a particular role. And you're likely to find those, as we did, in good supply through Talent Beyond Boundaries.”
“We expect the skills shortages in regional Western Australia to continue … and see initiatives like TBB as vital to us achieving our goal of trading at full capacity. As a company that prides itself on maintaining a high standard of corporate citizenship, we are proud to be involved in initiatives that contribute to solving global issues, like the settlement of refugees”
“Our whole team and company is excited to be involved in this ground-breaking opportunity.”
