The Talent Catalog is the first online platform of its kind to collect comprehensive data on the professional backgrounds of thousands of refugees and displaced people.
Origins of the Talent Catalog
The Talent Catalog was designed by TBB in collaboration with a number of refugees with tech expertise in Lebanon and Jordan. Since its launch in 2016, more than 70,000 refugees have registered.
When refugees enter their education, qualifications and professional experience into the Talent Catalog, a CV is automatically generated and available to download and share with potential employers. The data collected in the Talent Catalog demonstrates the breadth and depth of talent within the global refugee population.
In 2021, TBB chose to ‘open source’ our Talent Catalog software in the hope it might be useful to others in the sector.
