Position Description

Our partner is looking for a passionate and creative Azure Cloud DevOps Consultant for their Toronto branch to design, implement and upgrade various Microsoft technologies! You will also possess sufficient technical depth to work with other virtualization, server and storage technologies and will be a trusted advisor who will provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to their community and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and continuously improve cloud management platform solutions

• Work through client requests to innovate by creating use cases

• Gather details from internal and client subject-matter experts to enhance cloud management platform efforts

• Build and maintain tools, solutions, and microservices associated with deployment and their operations platform, ensuring that all meet customer service standards and reduce errors

• Test system integrity, implemented designs, application developments, and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed

• Develop frameworks and standards to create consistency in how cloud technology is used across the company

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral

• Google Cloud Platform Certifications or CISSP are optional but preferred

• 3+ years of experience with the integration of the Azure cloud platform and associated technologies

• 4+ years’ experience with knowledge of software development, the software development lifecycle, and its associated technologies
