Position Description

Our partner is looking for an enthusiastic and delivery-focused Google Cloud Security Solution Architect for their Toronto branch who will utilize strong business and technical consulting skills to design and implement solutions that solve business challenges while creating the desired outcomes! You will also work closely with Sales Operations and Account Managers to support account planning and optimize sales opportunities in all key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Designing, architecting, and implementing secure GCP cloud solutions by understanding client business needs and requirements then aligning technical solutions to business outcomes

• Create detailed documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, and transition to operation’s needs

• Work with business units and practices to ensure security opportunities progress efficiently and in a timely fashion towards successful closure

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral

• Google Cloud Platform Certifications or CISSP are optional but preferred

• 5+ years in industry working as a subject-matter expert in 3 or more cloud computing technology areas, with a high focus on Google Cloud (GCP)

• Security industry experience across a wide range of technologies including systems, network, server, and cloud offerings

• Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions comprising both
