Nikki tackles all aspects of talent acquisition and management and specializes in assisting eligible candidates with navigating certification and training criteria. She has a relentless passion for helping those around her to be successful—be it her employees, clients, or colleagues.

    Amy solves global mobility challenges for multinational companies, mid-cap and small businesses, and high net worth individuals. With 25 years of experience in immigration law, Amy has been a trusted advisor to clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, architecture, food and beverage, entertainment, and consulting. Her international experience includes several roles in the Asia Pacific region, where she was based in Singapore and led the opening and expansion of our Kuala Lumpur office. She is currently a member of the New York office’s Management Committee.

    Tine K. H. Dickey

    Tine is Executive Vice President of Fidelity Residential Solutions, Inc. (FRS) as well its Inspection subsidiary and Property Services division. Tine’s background lies predominately in the national/regional title agent/underwriter field, as well as her 20+ year focus on relocation title, closing, inspections and appraisals. Her leadership role if fueled by her passion for the strategic growth of the company and her responsibilities within FRS encompass new product development, sales management and an emphasis on the customer experience through delivering best in class service offerings that benefit the customers.

    Susan Din

    Susan brings 12+ years of experience working at the intersection of humanitarian response, human rights, and philanthropy. As a child of immigrants, Susan has dedicated her career to supporting and advocating for communities affected by forced displacement. Susan currently serves as Special Advisor at Asylum Access, where she provides strategic support to the CEO in the areas of strategic planning, board management, communications, fundraising, human resources, and organizational growth and culture. Her previous work experiences include NetHope, HIAS, Tent Partnership for Refugees, Mercy Corps, UNHCR, International Rescue Committee, and the US Department of State.

  • Allyson Eastman

    Allyson Eastman

    Allyson’s passion is working at the intersection of the public and private sectors. She is an Economic and Workforce Development Manager in the Global Public Policy group at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Before joining AWS, she was a Strategy and Management Consulting Manager at Accenture for over six years. Prior to Accenture, she practiced law for nine years in Philadelphia, mostly working on government transactions and city planning matters, and as a Pennsylvania Superior Court Clerk. Allyson has a M.P.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Temple University, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

    Mark Guy

    Mark has nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of global health and philanthropy providing international program design and management, strategic analysis and advisement, partnership development, and monitoring and evaluation oversight. He recently served over eight years as a Global Development Senior Program Officer for GHR Foundation overseeing the Foundation's Children in Families initiative efforts with multiple partners in Zambia and Cambodia. Prior to his time at GHR, Mark was the Africa regional coordinator for PATH’s Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) program focused on advancing commercial market solutions for improving access to household WASH technologies in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

    Muhsin Hassan

    Muhsin is an Awards Director at Lever for Change, where he serves as the client lead and primary relationship manager for donor partners who sponsor customized competitions or fund proposals through the Bold Solutions Network. Muhsin has spent his career at the intersection of philanthropy, international development, and strategy. Prior to Lever for Change, Muhsin worked at a global strategy consultancy firm advising HNWIs, foundations, and non-governmental organizations on advancing socio-economic and political development in the global South.

    Taif Jany

    Taif is the Director of Policy and Practice for Refugee Council USA (RCUSA), a coalition of more than 30 nonprofit organizations working together to promote humanitarian protection and support refugees, asylees, and all forcibly displaced populations. A first-hand witness of the 2003 Iraq war, Taif experienced life as a refugee and asylee for more than fifteen years before becoming a United States citizen. He has published several reports and policy proposals that concentrate on amplifying the contributions of immigrant workers and international students to communities across the United States. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Enabling Peace in Iraq Center.

    Tom is a senior global executive with 30 years experience transforming Fortune 500 Companies, leveraging next generation digital and analytic solutions to improve top and bottom line business performance. This journey has allowed him to call many cities around the world home and includes residency in Bangalore, Nuremberg, Sofia, Bucharest, Milan, and Sydney. Additionally, Tom is pursuing a personal passion for the advancement of data and analytic scholarship as an instructor at a Master's degree program at McDaniel College.

    Gary David Slaiman

    Gary is the founder and principal of Slaiman Consulting LLC, focusing on legislative matters as well as representing clients subject to congressional oversight and investigations. He works on issues before congressional committees and commissions, including telecommunications, antitrust, financial services, litigation reform, environment, energy, consumer protection, intellectual property, cyber, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and food. Gary served as chief counsel and staff director for the US Senate Labor and Human Resources Subcommittee on Labor.
