Refugee Job Fair in Jordan

If you are unable to make it but still would like to meet refugee candidates virtually in the future please let our team know.

We have offices in Jordan and Lebanon, where we have been working directly with displaced people since TBB was founded. We have over 7,500 skilled candidates in our Talent Catalog living in Jordan.

Talent Beyond Boundaries will ask each employer to submit Job Descriptions for the roles you are interested in hiring. Prior to the fair, our team will identify suitable candidates from the Talent Catalog based on your needs and invite them to attend the event. Each candidate will have a CV that is sent to you in advance.

We recommend providing a range of roles, if possible, to meet more candidates.

Employers who are interested in attending the Global Refugee Labour Mobility Summit will also have the opportunity to meet candidates throughout the week through interactive panels.

We will ask that you let TBB know which candidates you want to hire and for what role. After confirming the eligibility, TBB can help initiate the offer process.

Please note that there will be multiple employers attending from a range of industries. Candidates might be considered by more than one employer. We recommend letting us know as early as possible.

Absolutely! Interested employers can join us in Lebanon before or after the job fair to meet additional candidates in Lebanon. The flight from Amman to Beirut takes approximately 50 minutes.

We ask employers to book their own flights. We can recommend airport transfer companies.

We will soon announce the event space and our recommended hotel. We do ask partners to cover the cost of their flights and lodging. We also plan to receive a group discount from the hotel.

Some meals and refreshments will be available during the event. We will also share a list of our favorite restaurants for those who want to explore Amman!

A detailed itinerary will be available in January and will be shared with guests who have completed the registration form.

Global Refugee Labour Mobility Summit is a high-level international forum hosted by Talent Beyond Boundaries and Fragomen where refugees, employers, Government representatives and NGOs will be discussing how to scale labour mobility for displaced people. You and your team would be very welcome to also attend the main Summit on 6-8 March.
