As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the initiation and management of diverse projects, including energy sharing and flexibility initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, apply your expertise in Agile methodologies, and contribute to impactful industry advancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops with grid operators, market workgroups, and other stakeholders to gather input and drive discussions.

  • Collect and analyze requirements for new projects, performing high-level impact analyses on processes, architecture, and volumetrics.

  • Define project scope, develop roadmaps, set milestones, and allocate necessary resources for successful project delivery.

  • Transfer completed projects to delivery teams or assist in the formation of new teams as needed for implementation.

  • Ensure that projects are on track, aligning with goals and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery process.

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.

  • Ensure the quality of delivery through regular reporting and monitoring of project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of CLB/NCLC 5 in (French or Dutch) and CLB 5 in English.

  • Proven experience in the utilities sector, with a deep understanding of its processes and challenges.

  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile project management or delivery frameworks.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into high-level system impact analyses.

  • Technology affinity, enabling assessment of project impacts on functional processes and system architecture.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.

  • Experience in the utilities sector.

  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
