Responsibilities:

Leading engagements to transform client businesses throughout the programme lifecycle.
Shaping propositions during the pre-sales cycle and providing advisory services.
Delivering programmes of work and embedding changes within client organizations.
Acting as the primary delivery contact for executive managers and stakeholders.
Chairing or co-chairing steering group and programme board meetings.
Ensuring profitable programme delivery while exceeding client expectations.
Building strong relationships with CXO-level clients.
Innovating delivery models for continuous improvement.
Managing project teams that incorporate hybrid remote working models.
Overseeing contract and commercial management with a focus on budget control and forecasting.

Qualifications:

Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English (5.5 - 6.0 IELTS level)
Intermediate French skills (desirable but not essential)
Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully delivering major SAP projects and project turnarounds.
20 years of experience in consultancy
Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire a shared vision and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Deep experience in building compelling cases for SAP in the context of clients' businesses.
A compelling win rate for bids led, demonstrating expertise in shaping responses to RFPs.
Extensive knowledge of contract and commercial management, focusing on budget control and forecasting.
Ability to build high-performing teams that can work flexibly in hybrid working environments.
