Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile processes to ensure seamless delivery of transformation projects.
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and DevOps engineers to migrate from a monolithic architecture to scalable microservices.
Guide the team in Agile methodologies for successful project execution.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Develop proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs aligned with business needs.
Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional or technical specifications.
Coordinate implementation and support change efforts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a minimum of CLB/NCLC 5 in (French or Dutch) and CLB 5 in English.
Proven delivery experience in Agile project environments and as a team leader in delivery projects.
Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile Process Coaching and Distributed Agile Development (ADM).
Strong facilitation skills for addressing team performance issues and empowering collaboration.
Ability to promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation.
Availability to work onsite in Brussels at least once a week.
