This employer wants to hire a ServiceNow Technical Architect and a ServiceNow Functional Consultant.
ServiceNow Functional Consultant
Responsibilities:
Design ServiceNow solutions that meet or exceed client specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to identify efficiencies and reduce implementation efforts.
Ensure comprehensive understanding of business and design requirements, and validate throughout the project.
Lead quality management reviews and support the development of test plans.
Participate in Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.
Ensure high-quality solutions are developed and effectively deployed.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (IELTS 5.5-6)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant.
Knowledge: Strong grasp of ITIL principles, particularly in Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management.
Client Interaction: Proven ability to interface effectively with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Certification: ITIL Foundations Certification is mandatory.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Technical Exposure: Background in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), IT architecture, or technology consulting is advantageous.
2. ServiceNow Technical Architect
Responsibilities:
Ensure technical delivery adheres to the Statement of Work (SoW) and proactively manage any changes to the scope.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow, particularly in Employee Workflows, including Employee Onboarding and HR Service Delivery.
Lead efforts to continuously improve technical delivery and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Manage technical disputes effectively to ensure successful service delivery.
Present solutions confidently to clients and be a go-to expert for core ServiceNow products.
Contribute to the company's knowledge base by validating best practices and creating technical documentation.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery, aligning solutions with client requirements.
Qualifications:
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (IELTS 5.5-6)
Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, development, and architecture.
Certifications: ServiceNow certifications in System Administration, Certified Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist in ITSM and HR are required. Certified Technical Architect certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Technical Expertise: Strong pre-sales experience and a solid understanding of ITSM, web technologies, and enterprise IT architecture.
Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, and HR processes is essential. Experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) is a plus.
