A Team Lead in the Utilities sector is a professional responsible for overseeing a team that works on projects related to the delivery and management of energy, water, and other utility services. Responsibilities:
Manage a team to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Plan and prioritize work items to ensure timely delivery aligned with project milestones.
Implement and enforce best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address risks.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Challenge the team and client constructively to foster continuous improvement.
Support team members in understanding business requirements and impact analysis.
Review functional documentation for completeness and correctness.
Advise the technical team on choosing solution alternatives.
Mentor junior members to enhance their functional knowledge.
Offer insights and recommendations to tackle complex problems.
Contribute to the Technology Resources community and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of CLB/NCLC 5 in (French or Dutch) and CLB 5 in English.
Proven experience in the Utilities sector with a focus on MIGDGO/MIG6 IT implementations.
At least three years of functional specialization in MIGDGO/MIG6; experience in Structure and Rectification is a plus.
Strong affinity for technology and data, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
