We are currently seeking a licensed Truck and Bus Maintenance Technician to join one of our employers’ team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of trucks, trailers, and tankers, as well as detecting and diagnosing faults, while delivering high-quality performance in a safe and professional manner. This position offers a rotating schedule, with one week of work followed by one week off, allowing you to enjoy 7 consecutive days of rest while returning home each evening.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose the origin of malfunctions and perform the necessary repairs.

  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service measures are required.

  • Perform brake inspections, safety checks, and preventive maintenance.

  • Conduct road tests and safety inspections.

  • Properly maintain equipment and tools.

  • Comply with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

  • Accurately document the work performed in accordance with company policy.

  • Review and complete work orders.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of CLB/NCLC 5 in French and CLB 5 in English.

  • 310T Truck and Bus Technician license.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.

  • The position may be physically demanding; must be in good physical condition.

  • A valid Class G driver's license is required.
