We connect skilled refugees with companies in need of their expertise. Employers get valuable talent and displaced individuals get the opportunity to rebuild their careers and lives.

Opening up international migration pathways

We work directly with governments to open up pathways for professional migration for refugees, benefiting individuals, their families and communities, as well as national economies.

Expanding the professional mobility of displaced talents

We collaborate with others and share our learnings so that more people can access the pathways we open and our model can be replicated worldwide.

TBB in Africa

We partner with regional organizations to reach more candidates in different countries across the continent. TBB supports candidate registration and makes job searching and mobility easier through labour migration pathways at all salary levels and to all destination countries (Australia, Belgium, Ireland, Canada, the United States, Portugal, and the United Kingdom).

We currently have programs to support candidates in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, and Rwanda.
