TBB transforms skilled migration systems for refugees by removing barriers, creating new opportunities, and rewriting the story of displacement.

Ways to give

  • Give a corporate donation

Directly donate to TBB as a corporation via our donation form, direct deposit, or cheque to support displaced talent mobility.

  • Set up workplace giving

Look for Talent Beyond Boundaries on Benevity, encourage staff to give via the donate button on this page, or conduct your own giving campaign and remit funds directly to TBB. Reach out to us at info@talentbeyondboundaries.org if you’d like to discuss options for workplace giving.

Amplify your team’s impact by making a commitment to match their gifts. This is a great way to showcase your organizational commitment to equity and justice. We would be happy to support your campaign with a customized landing page for your company.

Help People Like:

  • Reinaldo, Venezuelan baker living in Canada

Reinaldo was forced to leave Venezuela and travel through several countries in Latin America before finally finding a stable job opportunity and settling in Nova Scotia, Canada, with his wife and two daughters.

  • Mahrokh, Afghan paralegal living in the UK

Mahrokh fled her home in Afghanistan after the Taliban took over in 2021. With the support of TBB, she was able to secure a position at a global law firm. She is now living in Sheffield with her husband and her children.

  • Derar, Syrian engineer living in Australia

Derar fled to Jordan due to the war in Syria. Struggling to find meaningful work, he registered with TBB, which helped him find a job in Australia. In 2019, Derar relocated with his family to Sydney, where his new role allowed him to rebuild his life and career.

The impact is profound: we have opened skilled migration pathways in seven countries, helping 1,600+ refugees migrate to stable homes, resume careers, increase incomes, and gain routes to citizenship.
