Responsibilities
Ensure constructed products are built to the provided specification
Ensure final products meet quality control standards
Ensure that your production meets or exceeds the targets provided for safety, quality, production throughput, and labor efficiency
Work with other Team Leaders to meet production and business goals
Qualifications
Upper-intermediate communication skills in English, both written and oral
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Previous experience as a production worker
Previous experience with wood construction
Proficiency in construction quality control
