The employer is seeking a skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Functional Consultant with expertise in the SAP software suite, particularly focusing on the Order to Cash business process within SAP modules. SAP is a widely used enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that helps organizations manage various aspects of their business operations.
Responsibilities:
Acting as a Functional Expert in SAP OTC and CRM.
Working closely with clients to understand their business and functional requirements and translating them into SAP design documents.
Leading functional teams and staying on one project for an extended period.
Designing effective and efficient solutions for clients based on strong business process knowledge and expertise in the SAP OTC functional area.
Contributing to the Fit to Standard approach for SAP S/4 transformations.
Mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
Leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformations and managing complex projects.
Driving innovation and contributing to the enhancement of SAP solutions.
Being recognized as a thought leader in the SAP OTC domain and contributing to industry forums, publications, and conferences.
Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with SAP and other technology vendors.
Identifying emerging trends and technologies in OTC and CRM and incorporating them into SAP OTC solutions.
Influencing clients' OTC transformation journeys and driving business value through SAP implementations.
Qualifications
Upper-intermediate communication skills in English, both written and oral
10+ years of SAP OTC and CRM experience.
At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of all phases.
Recognized as a functional leader and expert.
Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
Proven capability in driving innovation and contributing to the enhancement of SAP solutions.
Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformations and managing complex projects.
Experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with SAP and other technology vendors.
Ability to identify emerging trends and technologies in OTC and CRM and incorporate them into SAP OTC solutions.
Track record of successfully influencing clients' OTC transformation journeys and driving business value through SAP implementations.
