Talent Beyond Boundaries and Jumpstart Refugee Talent work with Canadian employers to hire from a talent pool of over 100,000 skilled workers, who happen to be refugees or otherwise displaced.

In April, we will host a hiring event for Canadian employers to tap into this pool of skilled professionals ready to join the Canadian workforce!

 

TBB and Jumpstart will provide comprehensive support in job-matching, immigration advice, and relocation. Candidates will be pre-vetted and eligible for Canada’s Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot, a fast, simple, and cost-effective immigration program.

Buenos Aires Event: In-Person

In partnership with Coalición por Venezuela and ASOENVEAR, healthcare employers will have the opportunity to meet experienced candidates and hold in-person interviews.

  • Yes! We will host both an in-person event in Buenos Aires and a parallel online three-day event.

    If you are unable to make it but still would like to meet refugee candidates virtually in the future please let our team know.

  • Ultimately, how many candidates you’ll meet will depend on a number of factors: (1) how many candidates you are likely to hire should the candidates meet your needs and (2) how many days you’ll be attending the hiring event.

    Talent Beyond Boundaries will identify suitable candidates based on your hiring commitment and invite them to attend the event.

  • We will ask that you let TBB know which candidates you want to hire and for what role. After confirming their eligibility, TBB can help initiate the offer process.

    Please note that there will be multiple employers attending from a range of industries. Candidates might be considered by more than one employer.

  • Absolutely! Interested employers can join us in-person in Buenos Aires to meet and conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates.

  • We ask employers to cover the cost of their flights, food, and lodging. TBB will provide recommendations for accommodations to all employers that register.

  • We ask employers to book their own international flights, and arrange for any other travel requirements (e.g. visas, vaccinations).

    TBB will provide recommendations for accommodations which will have an airport transfer service.

  • A detailed itinerary will be available in the coming weeks and will be shared with registered guests who have completed the registration form.
